UNIQUE HOTEL engagement photoshoot in coral Gables

A hotel is the PERFECT engagement photoshoot location and I’ll tell you why! For Stephanie and Ricky, it just so happened that they are frequent visitors of one of the restaurants within the Loews hotel in Coral Gables so they were stoked to have their photoshoot there.

They told me they’ve had countless date nights here and they took it all a step further and opted for booking a hotel stay for the weekend to relax, enjoy each other’s company and check one thing off their list: “take engagement photos.”

To say these photos scream passionate, intimate and spicy is an understatement! The chemistry between these two is undeniable--from the chin holds to their eye contact, they could not get enough of each other.

These two sipped on their drinks, embraced each other and slow danced while I snapped away.

This gallery will forever live rent-free in my mind because of how tender Emily and Xavi are and how the photos convey a sense of intimacy and connection. Stephanie and Ricky’s chemistry and connection is amazing to experience. They were both a tiny bit nervous because they had never had photos taken but, once they got in front of the camera, they were absolute naturals. They focused on each other and romanticized the entire idea of taken sweet photos together.

We started their photoshoot at their hotel room, where they both finished getting ready for their date! Ricky helped Stephanie put on her shoes and zip up her dress and these made for some real intimate photos. We headed downstairs to the courtyard and then ended at the hotel restaurant’s bar in the exact high chairs they sat in years ago during one of their first dates. The restaurant was nice enough to offer them drinks and we used them as props for them to sip on while they enjoyed their time at the bar.

They frolicked through the hotel elevator and hallways and we even used a luggage cart for them to sit in! We ended the date/photoshoot by them going back to their room and jumping on the bed together while they celebrated their engagement.
